No. Spotify provides a free AI-powered script generator and a free production partner network that records your audio ad at no cost. We brief and manage this entire process for you. If you'd prefer to use your own voiceover or existing audio assets, we can work with those too. For video formats, we'll advise on what's needed and help you produce or repurpose existing content where possible.
Every campaign we manage comes with a guaranteed minimum of 100,000 served impressions. If your campaign ends without hitting that number, for any reason within our control, we continue running your ads at no additional management cost until the guarantee is met. This does not cover situations where the shortfall is caused by a client pausing spend or withdrawing their ad budget. The guarantee applies to campaigns running on the recommended minimum budget over a minimum 4-week flight.
There is no minimum contract length beyond the initial 4-week campaign flight, which is the minimum required to generate meaningful performance data and to fulfil the impression guarantee. After that, we work on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days' notice to cancel. We don't believe in locking clients in, we'd rather keep you because the results are good.
Yes. We install the Spotify Pixel on your website from day one, which allows us to track page views, leads, add-to-cart events, purchases, sign-ups, and custom events. From that data we can report on ROAS, cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition, and average order value. The Pixel is currently in beta on Spotify Ads Manager but is available globally and we set it up as standard on every campaign we run.
