Our management starts from £500 per month, with ad spend on top. We recommend a minimum of £500–£800 per month in ad spend to generate meaningful data and hit our 100,000 impression guarantee within a standard 4-week flight, but we've run campaigns significantly larger than that and the same approach scales cleanly. We'll be transparent about both costs upfront so you know exactly what you're committing to before we start.

No. Spotify provides a free AI-powered script generator and a free production partner network that records your audio ad at no cost. We brief and manage this entire process for you. If you'd prefer to use your own voiceover or existing audio assets, we can work with those too. For video formats, we'll advise on what's needed and help you produce or repurpose existing content where possible.

Every campaign we manage comes with a guaranteed minimum of 100,000 served impressions. If your campaign ends without hitting that number, for any reason within our control, we continue running your ads at no additional management cost until the guarantee is met. This does not cover situations where the shortfall is caused by a client pausing spend or withdrawing their ad budget. The guarantee applies to campaigns running on the recommended minimum budget over a minimum 4-week flight.

There is no minimum contract length beyond the initial 4-week campaign flight, which is the minimum required to generate meaningful performance data and to fulfil the impression guarantee. After that, we work on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days' notice to cancel. We don't believe in locking clients in, we'd rather keep you because the results are good.

Yes. We install the Spotify Pixel on your website from day one, which allows us to track page views, leads, add-to-cart events, purchases, sign-ups, and custom events. From that data we can report on ROAS, cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition, and average order value. The Pixel is currently in beta on Spotify Ads Manager but is available globally and we set it up as standard on every campaign we run.

Spotify Ads performs best for consumer-facing brands with a clear proposition that can be communicated in 30 seconds or less. Our strongest verticals are consumer apps (fitness, wellness, productivity), FMCG and DTC food and drink brands, retail and e-commerce, and health and wellness brands. B2B businesses and highly niche local service businesses tend to see lower returns on Spotify relative to other channels, if that describes you, we'll be honest about it during the assessment rather than take your money.

This is one of the most common misconceptions about Spotify advertising. While Premium subscribers don't hear audio ads during music playback, they are still served ads inside podcasts — regardless of their subscription tier. Spotify serves podcast ads to both free and Premium listeners, which means your campaign can reach the full Spotify audience, including the higher-income, highly engaged Premium subscribers who've actively chosen to pay for the platform. In practice, this makes Spotify's addressable audience significantly larger than most advertisers assume.

The key difference is the listening context. On Meta and Google, users are actively scrolling, searching, or browsing — and they've developed a strong ability to tune out ads. On Spotify, listeners are in a focused, intentional state, working out, commuting, cooking, studying. There's no scroll to escape into. Audio ads play in full and reach users on devices that have no screen at all. The platform also remains less competitive than Meta and Google, which typically means lower CPMs and better value for brands willing to use it well.
